Immigrants Share Their Stories and Find Their Voice in the Process

Every day, news headlines feature stories about undocumented immigrants. Yet, they are always voiceless faces or a pair of handcuffed wrists.

Too often it's forgotten that these are individuals with names and real stories.

To help us remember that aspect of the debate, is the site called My Immigration Story.com.

The site features personal stories penned by immigrants recounting their feelings, their experiences and their hopes for the future.

In other words, the site lets immigrants, undocumented and otherwise, have a voice.

They are voices that deserves to be heard.
